Doesn't seem to be. Getting lots of warnings with the newest Terraform v0.12.16:

Warning: Interpolation-only expressions are deprecated
Warning: Quoted type constraints are deprecated

Last change is now 4 years ago, looks like this would benefit from getting archived :(
