Does it make sense if the models come out of the same template have the same crossLanguageDefinitionId?

I found that the models come out of the same template will always have the same crossLanguageDefinitionId, does this make sense?
For example, Paged<Foo> and Paged<Bar> will always have the same crossLanguageDefinitionId of Azure.Core.Page.
