Problem:
Kratos commander in HQ slot also counts in heavy armour slot

Expected:
The kratos commander to only count as HQ

Working as Intended / Not a Bug - The Commander tanks can be used in either:

oh, but at the moment, it counts as both?

The data has two separate options for the tank, so users can choose either/or for the role.
