Problem:
Warpcoven list LEADER keyword limit is set to 0

Expected:
LEADER limit should be 1

Partial issue is that this list is using a Roster, not the Warpcoven Kill Team, so no team restrictions should be enforced. Fixed in b73610f that so there is no leader selection for Warpcoven Rosters.
