UI - Tokens/Tooltips

• Vaults Tokens: create vault logos off vault tokens icons #1911

• Standardise tooltips across the App using the same colour and the same typography size UI Library

• On Desktop, tooltips appear in the center of click targets and stay in place while the cursor moves within the target.

Example 3: ''Apply'' in Boost Optimizer. This is not a tooltip, it's a button, I would advise to remove it. If you want to keep it, then I would advise to change the wording and the UI.

(!) on apy tooltips are yellow, Change this to be grey along with the tooltips that come up (ex: vault detail page for reward fees)
