suggest to remove Chinese version of doc

Since the doc update from time to time in english version, we don't have the maintainer to update the Chinese version of doc in the first time, the Chinese version of doc will be outdated in the end and misleading the people from Chinese community.

I am quite clear that web3 follows the same rule from bitcoin: main chain work, English is the first language in the world, then no other languages for us, let AI translation help the people can't read English.

I fully understand your points here.

While detaching the Chinese version works for me, I could also assist in maintaining the doc should a Community Budget is granted.

It just can not scale with so many languages from different countries, while we can have a vote for that but general I think and it's no fair to spend money from DAO treasury just for Chinese people, for adoption it's OK, for scaling, it's bad IMO.
