general bibliography with refs back takes to long to load.

The list now works but the results are far too many, they need to be paginated as the search results.

also limits of number of calls to zotero API need to be checked.

Another option is to show from Zotero all the records with a bm: tag. this is clean, but will return no reference back to the items where the work is cited.

the list is now loaded with only ids. a jQuery script checks each id and returns the zotero api response. still slow but managable.
