Can I use this tool to push messages to remote MSMQ (other than on local machine) ?

Same issue, need to test sending mq to toher server tried with Message Queue: SERVERNAME\QUENAME and SERVERNAME\PUBLIC$\MQNAME, buit can not see if it is correct...
