I think it has something to do with automounting/booting CD media?

In any event, I cannot test something, if I'm unsure of what it does exactly ;)

At your convenience, could you include something about this in the helptext please?

Will do, this was just added the other day (it actually existed before that as an option, but it wasn't visible in the GUI)
