conditionally change text based on recommended plugin status on welcome page #54

The text on the welcome page should be conditionally changed along with the action buttons based on the status of the recommended plugin, BoldGrid Page and Post Builder.

The three scenarios are:

  1. PPB installed and active:
    image

  2. PPB Installed but not currently activated:
    image

  3. PPB Not installed:
    image
