Using Magento Enterprise v1.14.0.1

I uploaded all files. In configuration -> Multi-Location Inventory tab U have the API Key emptry (not sure what I am suppose to put in there or where to get the key from. API Sensor I have No selected and Use Global Inventory Status I have set to no. I then move my mouse over Catalog and click Multi-Location Inventory and the page loads the header and footer but middle of page is blank white no error
