Cannot access the file by generated url.

Hi,

Images are not shown.
When I checked the generated files in the public folder looks like this

but the url that I'm getting for my component is this
/static/assets%252Ffecaec733260495b905a1b2c9d188194%252F6bbbbb00194645de85768f8368b63312-75dc4c67f62f2ba65c88953e1547614e.jpg

as we can see it is completely different. I can process the url but still the percentage has to be handled in the filename. Because that percentage avoid loading the file.

Any suggestion to go around this ?
