The installation guide is mentioned in README.md as follows:

The extension can be downloaded from:

The Chrome Web Store here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/talk-to-chatgpt/hodadfhfagpiemkeoliaelelfbboamlk

However, the Web Store link does not seem to be working.
