Expected behavior

Cate Desktop's splash screen should go into background if any other desktop window is activated / opened.

Actual behavior

Cate Desktop's splash screen always stays on top.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Open any Window, e.g. MS Word
  2. Start Cate Desktop
  3. Activate the other window
