TERMS

By using Rad UI, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Exceptions:

    • Rad UI is distributed under the terms of the LICENSE, and you are bound by its terms.
    • The source code of Rad UI is open for inspection, modification, and distribution. Any changes or enhancements made to Rad UI should be contributed back to the community.
    • If you include Rad UI in your project, please provide attribution by including the library's name and a link to its repository in your project's documentation or user interface.

  2. Limitation of Liability:

    • Rad UI is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

  3. Contributions:

    • Contributions to Rad UI are welcome and encouraged. By submitting a pull request or other contribution, you affirm that you have the right to license your contribution under the LICENSE of Rad UI.

  4. Conduct:

    • All contributors and users are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct. Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the project team.

  5. Exceptions:

    • If you include any additional libraries, assets, or hard dependencies in your project's repository that are not part of Rad UI, please add them to the Exceptions section in this document.

Please read and understand these terms before using Rad UI. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use or contribute to Rad UI.
