User request for API documentation examples in Python & R

One of the IMLS maDMSP pilot partners has requested additional API documentation utilizing Python & R. At their institution, very few are familiar with Ruby, and they thought this would make it easier for us to get feedback on utilizing the API.

Closing as "won't do" for now. We unfortunately cannot provide example in every language. For the rebuild we will see if we can get users access to Swagger on testing data or other options that will be more usable in all languages.
