Following the release of DOI Fabrica, we need to complete the registration procedure and change the URL to register DOIs.

August 1 - MDS Test web interface goes away. (https://mds.test.datacite.org)
November 1 - MDS production web interface goes away. (https://mds.datacite.org)

These changes impact the MDS web interface ONLY. The MDS API will remain the same.

New DOI Fabrica: https://doi.datacite.org/
