The add function now takes in mandatory new fields, which is NRIC and Date of Birth. Both fields are stored offline and can be edited at later stages. We can consider making NRIC an uneditable field. As of now, this issue is closed.

As discussed, additional data fields are needed. A new corresponding issue has been created.
