User Story: Integration of NAPL data in Geo.ca

As a public user, I would like to search, discover and view EODMS NAPL data in GEO.ca, so that I don't have to go to multiple portals to access the data that I need.

Requirements:

• bilingual records (e.g. from EODMS?)
• harvesting of large catalogues (e.g. paging, search infrastructure)
• search, filter, and discovery optimization for EO datasets
• support pre-visualization (e.g. thumbnails)
• Download???

~3 million records are available.

Out of the 3,526,605 public catalog records:

1. Only 35,188 napl photos are freely downloadable having been approved and marked as open.
2. 2,243,613 digital with thumbnail, requires payment.
3. 1,282,992 catalog only, with actual photo still on film, no thumbnail, requires payment.

Suggest we focus on (1.) for now.
