want to be able to jump from one house to the next one. i think this would add a new and fun playstyle that fits a lot professions and adds to RP playstyles as well.
Yes it will give you more options to escape and yes it will make it easier to navigate a city and get to "high priority locations" but it is fun and it would be up to the player to decide whether he wants to exploit game mechanics if it turns out to be too strong.

just wanted to add that this would only give you a fun new/additional (very situational) method besides using noise, vision (night raids) or speed to your advantage to navigate/avoid zombies in cities.
Solution you would like.
increase the jump range to 3 tiles (maybe 2 tiles and 3 tiles with the parkour perk?)

Honestly dunno why there hasn't already been mutations added that can handle this, but then jumping is probably ran by fragile and ancient code that even the dark gods would be confused by, dunno /LeShrug.
