If a few jobs fail because of memory limits, I usually go into the database table for the job, manually edit the memory limit, and resubmit. It would be nice (and right now required, with no database access to BatchProfiler on docker, I believe?) to be able to do this in the BatchProfiler interface. It could possibly be another column to the right of the "Resubmit Jobs" column in the Job Summary.
