Solve ROS_WARN_STREAM logic for multiple devices connected to same port. #26

Program stops when the number of devices on the current port are more than 1, even though it was meant to be just a warning on line #382 soft_hand_ros_control/src/soft_hand_hw.cpp
The second device in addition to the SoftHand is the Power Supply.
