Describe the bug

The Grafana & Prometheus stack doesn't work on MacOS, one can't connect to the Grafana endpoint normally exposed on localhost:3000.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run docker-compose up on MacOS in .maintain/monitoring
  2. Try wget localhost:3000
  3. You should not be able to connect.

Expected behaviour

Monitoring stack works on both MacOS and Linux
