As seen in the image, "Smokey report" is repeated two times.

Does this happen all the time for you? Generally it only occurs if you press the flag button more than once in quick succession.

@angussidney It happens all the time, everytime I use FDSC to flag reports the row appears like the image. Btw I'm using Chrome 64.0.3282.167, Tampermonkey 4.5, FDSC 1.15 and macOS 10.13.3.

@paper1111: Can you confirm you don't have FDSC installed twice?
