The chrome extension is not updating.
It does not seem to authenticate my logon attempts.
using [email protected]

2 degrees are not being very helpful, arguing that it's not there product, so not there problem. Snap recommended it in the first place.

Can you try logging in without adding @snap.net.nz to the username field?
