Specifically trying to download snappy driver installer

So for this instance I am having windows snappy driver installer ask for windows credentials while it's being run as admin. This happens with a few other programs on the WinUtil script. I have attached the error provided.

It seems like the digital signature doesn't match from what I can gather.

Launch winutil as admin > toggle snappy driver install origin > click install
