Is the scale for Cumulative current flow & Flow current inverted in the latest release?

I'm running Omniscape v0.5.8 using the example provided in the documentation. I ran the example before with a prior version of Omniscape and the results looked like the ones in the example. But now, I noted some differences. First, the current range is very different: 40 - 46,000 for the Omniscape v0.5.8 result, and 0 - 80 for the example result. Then, when I map the outputs for cumulative current flow and flow potential, the results are inverted relative to the example results:
