Adds the ability to purge zookeeper transaction and snapshot logs. This keeps filesystems from filling up on busy systems.

  • Installs cleanly on a fresh build of most recent master branch
  • Upgrades cleanly from the most recent release
  • Updates documentation relevant to the changes
