Discussion about Slider

We need to agree if we keep the slider or not. For now it is just controlling the evaporation rate 'evaporationAvgTime), however we never discussed on where and how to place the slider.

I already mention that this slider was here for a previous table and I just use it for fun. So do we really want to use it? It has to stay as an extra point, but the main interzction should be made using lego

If yes we might have to integrate this PR (#24) however it is not clear for me what this PR is proposing. I will try it before to merge it as the slider version is actually working how it is now.
