Bug: RHS Mortars are currently not fully compatible with ACE3 thus being either inconsistent or unusable.

Solution: Replace RHS mortars with vanilla mortars for the time being.

This issue needs to be retested as there have been updates for both RHS and ACE3 in the meantime.
