Show file context of symbols in graph #439

It's hard to understand the underlying file structure in C projects, since the graph is function centric and shows no file information as context.

Function nodes could be children of file nodes in that case. Could be an optional project setting.

Implemented with 2018.1.95
Nodes can be grouped by file by clicking the group button with file icon in the top left of the graph.
