User Story: As a recruiter, I want to ensure that applicants can be rejected, accepted, and moved through different stages without issues.
Acceptance Criteria:

• Verify that recruiters can move applicants through different stages
• Ensure that an applicant can be accepted or rejected
• Validate that stage changes reflect correctly in the UI
• Check for any errors when updating applicant statuses
• Ensure that unauthorized users cannot modify applicant stages
