Title: Admin Assigning Recruiters

User Story: As an admin, I want to assign specific recruiters to applicants so that recruitment tasks are streamlined and managed efficiently.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • The admin can view a list of applicants with their details (e.g., name, application status).
  • The admin can view a dropdown or search field to select recruiters.
  • The assigned recruiter is displayed next to each applicant after selection.
  • Error messages appear if the assignment fails due to system errors or missing information.
