User Story: As an applicant, I want to update my contact information within the portal so that recruiters have my most current details.
Acceptance Criteria:

• Applicants can update their phone number and email address.
• Changes to contact information are saved and persist after refreshing the page.
• The system validates input fields (e.g., email must be in a valid format, phone number must contain only numbers).
• Applicants receive confirmation that their updates were successful.
• Error handling is implemented for failed updates.
