User Story: As a recruiter, I want to track how many recruitment events an applicant has attended so that I can assess their engagement and interest.
Acceptance Criteria:

• The system records and displays the number of recruitment events an applicant has attended.
• Event check-ins update the attendance count in real time.
• Attendance data is stored and persists across sessions.
• Error handling is implemented for data retrieval and updates.
