University options creating two fields when clicked on "Add" buttons

Describe the task
When you click on "University Aliases", it creates two new fields.

Same is happening for add new contact feature

Expected behavior

• It should create only one field when the user clicks on add university aliases
• Give some space between the plus icon and the "Add University Aliases" text inside the button
• The add new university button should come below the fields (like the add new contact button) and not above the fields
• Apply the same fix for Add New Contact option
