Describe the bug
After adding a new tag name is not visible in the manage tag dropdown.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'UAT'
  2. Click on HR>Manage Tags
  3. Add new Tag
  4. After adding a new tag name is not visible in the list.

Expected behavior
The name of the new tag should be visible.
