Some links in Navbar throwing error on local machine

In local machine, while clicking on some of the links in the navbar, the page opening up is throwing the following error (shared in the screenshot) :

Steps to replicate:

1. Click on Settings > User Management
2. Similarly for My Profile , User Settings, Sales Automation.

Notes:-

1. Tried compiling the files a couple of times, seems like a configuration issue.
2. There might be other links where similar issue may be found, requires testing .
