Describe the task
When moving an application to the next round, we have option to select the next round interviewer/assignee from the team. Right now, in that dropdown, all the users show up.

Steps to replicate

  1. Go to UAT
  2. Go to application listing in the HR dashboard
  3. Click on any application that is in resume screening round
  4. Select the option "Move to Basic Technical Round" for that and click on "Take Action"
  5. There will be a popup modal. Click on assignee dropdown. You will all the users from the system in that list.

Expected behavior
Only the users who have super-admin, admin, and HR roles should show up in this list.
