arXiv:2409.06913 proposes a method to compute the Wigner rotation angles that are required for #6 and KaiHabermann/decayangle provides a numerical implementation. An amplitude builder needs to be implemented that generates the required Wigner-D functions of Equation (8) and angle symbols in the right place in the amplitude model. The angles can then be computed through decayangle and inserted into the numerical TensorWaves functions.
