Verilog implementation of the VIA 6522 chip

The VIA, or Versatile Interface Adapter, is a GPIO/Timer/Interrupt controller all-in-one chip. This is a verilog implementation of a compatible interface for use in projects that require the thing itself for compatibility reasons.
