Return mediaType for modules and/or subcollections in Book.contents

It would be nice/consistent to offer a mediaType (instead of id="subcol" in the case of subcollections) and return 'contents' as the key instead of 'tree'

Note: This change would probably also need to be reflected in cnx-archive
