Add an overlay

The current notification is barely noticable, and you usually tend just to dismiss it.

An option where the app would display an obstructive overlay to the phone screen would be very usefull. This could be easily done via the Android app draw over other apps mechanism.

I'm planning on rewriting this app in Flutter eventually, but don't expect anything soon. I'm so busy I hardly have time to breathe. I'll include something like this then

This may not be able to be implemented on the Google Play version as well due to store policies changing, but I'll implement it in the FOSS version for sure
