Fun feature trivia: This feature was implemented shortly after I spent two hours unsuccessfully trying to find a nether fortress.

Smoldering seekers are special compasses crafted with [obsidian shards](https://github.com/CreeperMagnet/the-creepers-code/wiki/Obsidian-Shard) that point to nether fortresses when clicked in the nether. No more searching for eons! They can also be bound to lodestones and found in ruined portal loot.
