Weeping Eye

This handy tool locates end structures. When right-clicked in the end, its eye opens up and stares in the direction of the nearest end city or crashed end ship that has not yet been located by a weeping eye.

The above recipe is shapeless, and can be placed anywhere in the crafting menu.
