Suggestion : Use browser's notification

When I get in a room, set myself as "ready" and wait for others, I'd like to be notified when the game starts.
This way, I could set myself ready, go do something else on my computer without waiting for a long time that everyone sets "ready".

The events could be "New player incoming, you are now {nb} in the room", "Get ready, the game is starting !", "New chat message : ......."

There is actually a Notifier service to handle that issue, but it only use the page title and a sound:

We could make it support Browser notifications :)
