each non-obvious measurement and metric situation should have an 'info' tooltip that explains the metric to a layman, with a 'learn more' button that takes them to a section in the 'research' page that explains further.

@annika608 added support for this in #42 — screenshot here — but I'm leaving this issue open to track finalizing the text for each metric, which I believe is a @dcalacci and @mohsenmailbox task.
