Please complete the following fields as applicable:

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0)
v4.1.1

Unlike the "Create Account" section on the homepage, there is nothing included regarding the I accept the terms and conditions when creating an account via an email invitation.
An account can be created successfully via the email invitation, however, the accept_terms value remains null.
