[Android] Old bug : Wrong Time (Hours) in logs #905

Android

The time (Hours) input in logs is always not equal to Time on device (my real local time).
This is old bug I have through the years on Android (all versions of dnscrypt, different Firmwares).

Note: Never saw such issues on Windows.
