Becoming an android breaks me system #2343

Bug Description

I took the red pill to become an android and afterwards my me system only shows items that updated since opening the gui.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Unknown, I started playing in this version

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Take red pill
Open me system
Wait
Search for items that won't be updated, nonstackables are easiest.
